Clothing and Footwear
. Comfortable garments adapted to the weather and terrain conditions;
. Hat to protect you from the sun, cold or rain;
. If rainfall is expected bring waterproof coat and footwear;
. Wear neutral colors. Bright colors (Orange, yellow, or any fluorescente color) call the attention of birds and also of bugs;

Other useful items:
. Binoculars and/or spotting scopes;
. Photographic Camera (useful but not essential).
. Field guides (easy to carry, practical and informative);
. Notebook to take notes, draw sketches, etc.);
. Map of the area and/or compass/GPS.
